Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition Required: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective Products: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: For change-of-mind or buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in accordance with this policy.
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
Approval: If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Processing Window: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
We accept exchanges for the exact same item if it arrives damaged, defective, or if you require a different size. Please reach out to our customer support to arrange an exchange.
